Kawaii and Geek "BACKTOSCHOOL Special Gift Pack" Contest Official Rules**
1. **Eligibility**: The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Kawaii and Geek, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate. The contest is open to residents of United States, Canada, South America zone, Euro Zone included UK, Australia, New Zealand.
2. **Entry Period**: The contest begins on September 5, 2023 and ends on September 20, 2023. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
3. **How to Enter**:
- Follow the Kawaii and Geek Instagram page.
- Tag two friends in the comments section of the contest post.
- For an additional entry, share the contest post on your Instagram story and tag @KawaiiAndGeek.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
4. **Prizes**:
- One (1) winner will receive a BACKTOSCHOOL Special Gift Pack, which includes a Flexi or Premium phone cover, a laptop sleeve (13' or 15'), a premium mouse pad, and an 11 oz two-tone mug. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is around $70 (depending of options choosen) not included shipping costs.
5. **Winner Selection**: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. **Notification**: The winner will be announced on September 21, 2023 via the Kawaii and Geek Instagram page. The winner must contact Kawaii and Geek within 48 hours to claim their prize with the choice of models within the product catalog
7. **General Conditions**: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of Kawaii and Geek, which are final and binding. The winner agrees to allow Kawaii and Geek to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
8. **Release and Limitations of Liability**: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kawaii and Geek, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims or damages arising out of their participation in the contest or their receipt or use of any prize.
