Some of our designs based on real or fictional characters are not licensed products, and our aim is not to make people think they are. That's why we usually refer to them as 'inspired by' and not licensed. All our creations are exclusive and made by various artists with the aim of offering original and distinctive products that you won't see anywhere else.

If you feel that a product is subject to a licence property and should not be included in our catalogue, please write to us at dmca@kawaiiandgeek.com, clearly stating your full name and role in the organisation making the claim, so that we can take the necessary steps to suppress to content. 

Collaboration and Commission : 

In the case of a collaboration with an artist or a personalized order (commission work), the customer assures Kawaii and Geek that the visuals and texts used are free of third party rights or that he/she owns the exploitation rights. In the event of a claim for infringement of third party rights, the customer will hold Kawaiiandgeek harmless. The customer will remain fully responsible and liable to compensate Kawaiiandgeek for all damages suffered.
